RETURN POLICY

This policy applies to orders placed on the www.the-martians.co website only.

Note: Orders placed through retail partners (Amazon, Apple, etc.) are subject to the respective return policies of those companies.

For North Macedonia Customers:

  • North Macedonia customers may initiate a return for www.the-martians.co orders delivered within the last 14 days. Please contact our support team to request a prepaid Return Materials Authorization (RMA) label.
  • It is crucial to use the provided label to ensure proper crediting to the associated order card.
  • Once the RMA label is issued, customers have 30 days to return the product. Failure to do so within this period will result in the expiration of the Return Material Authorization, and an extension will not be possible.

The Martians games:

  • If, within 15 calendar days of receiving the first purchase box, a customer finds The Martians Adventure games unsuitable for their child, they may request a return.

General Return Instructions:

  • Customers worldwide must print the return label, affix it to the shipping box, and drop off the package at the local mail carrier’s office.

Refund Processing:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the return at our warehouse, we will promptly issue the corresponding refund. An email notification will be sent to inform the customer.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method, with funds reflecting on the bank statement within 5-10 business days post-issuance.

Digital-Only App:

  • For users who downloaded The-Martians app from the Apple or Amazon App Store, direct refund or app deletion inquiries should be directed to the respective platforms. The Martians is unable to assist in these cases.

Physical Product Exchanges or Buy-Backs:

  • Currently, we do not provide a buy-back program or facilitate product exchanges.
